Using a field value in an expression to evaluate?

I am working on a P&L statement based on Jennell McIntire's very helpful post.

To further improve on it, I was wondering if it is somehow possible to use the value of a field in an expression.

I would like to import a set of formulas from an Excel-table and then use these field values within an expression.

So my Excel table would look something likes this:

Then, within the expression, I would refer to the field-value to be evaluated. Is there such a function to do that? Is there any work-around?
