Who did what

Hi,

I have some applications in my qlkview server. I want to measure or to watch how useful the applications are applied by users. What I want is to make an simple application to monitor for following ex.

- how long time the user use a application,

- when and which table the user export/ send the table to excel,

- which expression/ dimesion the user most

Are there methods to do somethings like that?

Yes there are.

Usually, this kind of monitoring is done using a QlikView application that loads QVS server logs and - most importantly - Audit logs. You'll have to enable the latter in QMC.

I don't know whether an application like the onee you're looking for already exists, but just to start you can have a look at QlikView Application: System Monitor v5.1.23 by Michael Terenzi.

Yes, Governance Dashoboard is the tool I use for this, Free download from where ASHFAQ suggests.
