In my TotalEmps column, I have the Average of the column instead of the sum. In my Termed column, I have the sum. I need to take my sum of terms and divide by the average total employees to get my turnover. In a perfect world, I would like to be able to do it where my '54.55%' is, but to calculate my monthly turnover, I need to just divide my termed by my total emps so the only number not "correct"(not the number I want) in this table is my Turnover total.
