Task Reload Problem Qlikview Server

Hi i have problems with qlikview server 11.20 SR5. when the tasks run the server shows that is running without problems but qvw´s never reloads. when i see the QVDS log it shows this:

when the qvw's are reloaded from qlikview desktop the information process succesfull.

the server hasn't antivirus and the local user account that manage the services has local administrator privileges. the server belongs to a domain.

Did you enable the option Generate Logfile in the document E:\APPL_PRODUCCION\SAP-FI\DATAGEN\01_SAP-FI-GL_QVDGENERATOR.qvw? If so check for a log file in the directory E:\APPL_PRODUCCION\SAP-FI\DATAGEN\ with the name 01_SAP-FI-GL_QVDGENERATOR.qvw.log. If it exists check for errors in that log file. If it doesn't exist check the Generate Logfile option on the General tab of the document properties window.

yes this option is active, but the document never reload. if the reload run from qlikview desktop the log file is created normally but using qlikview server it doesn't work.
