i loaded data from excel file into my application the result is showing fine ,and when applied section access i am not getting the same result as before

After applied section access when i did reload then i am getting the result as correct(before).when i closed the application and if again i open that file its showing result as before.

The purpose of Section Access is to reduce data when you open the file - not when the script is run.

In other words, when you open the file (after applying Section Access) you might not see the entire data set. But after you run the script, you will see the entire data set. So, what you're seeing sounds to me like expected behaviour.
