Hi All,

I am trying to access a qvw in AccessPoint.

I have downloaded the iPad App and added the AccessPoint details

but I keep getting an error cannot contact server, I have ticked the box for Mobile Client on the Management Console

Any ideas?

I believe you just need http://servername

Hi Alan,

Have you tried to replace the machine name with the IP address as you ould have a DNS issue ie http://ipaddress/qlikview/index.html. If this works try the fully qualified name for the machine ie http://servername.domain/qlikview/index.html

I have it working with http://servername

But I believe the issue was with IIS
