Require Interview question for 3-4 yrs QV Experience

Hi Forum,

I am sorry for asking about the Possible Interview question of 3-4 QV Experience person.

I know the person who had got 3-4 yrs experience definetely he has gone through the complete QV Manaul.

But there might be some things/cases which is very more important, But we overlook or oversight it or

we think it is not important.

There also many question which not directly related to QV. I know if we google it I will/may get.

But, It is my request to QV Forum that please provide me maximum Interview Question directly from QV forum

it may help to me and other's as well.

Hi,

Their are many question which we can poss for the candidate, ok will state few.

*Why we should go for QV why not the other tools.

*About data modeling like which are a the schema you have worked on and challenges.

*Main advantages and dis-advantages of QV.

*Challenges tasks you did in projects.

*various loading scenarios like incremental loading, partial loading and practical use of it.

*QV performance optimizing in server side, developer side etc.

*set analysis and its various scenarios based questions.

Many more questions like that

For a 3-4 years of experience candidate, the interview style must get changed to scenario based than question based.

The same questions(which you can google or find in forums) can be asked in a situation based way like:

1) How did set analysis enhanced the performance of your chart?

2) For a Sales application, how would you define the KPI's and respective data model.

3) For a new customer, how will you gather information from them.

4) What steps have you followed to test your Qlikview Dashboard both front end and backend.

5) Did you find any bug in the current version of Qlikview.

6) How can I use calculations in Table Box object. (Answer should be we cannot at Front end, but use script calculated fields).

7) In which scenarios you will use, Previous and and in which you will use Peek.

There can be 100's of such similar questions, the core will remain the same, just the way will get changed.

I have recently faced an interview for 1.5 years of exp.

Hope the below listed questionnaire proves helpful.

1) Explain your roles in each project

2) Is circular loop beneficial for the model. If Y/N explain

3) Difference between Ajax and IE plugin

4) What is Document Chaining

5) What is Optimized and Un-optimized load

6) What is binary load

7) Difference between $ and 1

😎 What level of data you have handled

) Incremental Load scenario

10) What all Date functions you have used so far

11) Dimensions required for Waterfall charts

12) How will Publisher distribute reports to the clients.
