I think the reason is that qlikview removed the meta-information from these column if you used format-functions and as setting by expression-standard. By trouble with layouts and formatings is it often useful to use separate objects in a hidden sheet to export and print.

- Marcus

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with a chart on my qlikview dashboard. I've read on here that when using a dual function, Send to excel will use the number portion of the Dual function for the export.

This is not working for me. It is using the text portion of the dual function.

I have a need to represent data in my dashboard in millions or thousands but on export I want it to be the full number.

I've included a sample QVW file which has some data.

Not sure what the issue is.
