Reference line label moves away from reference line with each Chr(10)

I am trying to label the Reference Lines of a vertical stacked bar chart and wanted to move one of the labels above the chart so that it won't overlap with the other when their values are close together. I can get the label to move up by adding a bunch of "& Chr(10)"s after the label, but for some reason with each line the label moves up it also moves to the right the same amount. I end up with a label floating really far away from the line. Any ideas for how to solve this problem or another way to create these reference lines so I have more control of their labels?

Hi,

It is not possible to handle the labels to place dynamically, but you can try the same using Gauge Chart. Please find attached file hope it helps you.

I made a workaround using another chart with transparent lines on top.
