Active Directory & Access Point

Hi everyone,

In my company, we are using AD and I would like to use this into the QV Access Point.

Can someone help me and give me guidance to implement it? I cannot see the list of AD in my directory.

Go to your QMC>System>Setup>Directory Service Connectors>DSC@Server Name>Active Directory. Add the path for the AD.

I've restart all QV services but teh AD directory is not available yet when I want to select a user for a dedicated document.

Do you have any idea?

Make you don't have sub domains. Make sure when searching and non or few results appear, add a * to your search.

Different methods are used when searching for users in Active direcory, for example NTName or SamAccountName. Searching for First name would need a * for example. How long has it been since you added the AD?
