Incremental Insert records only

Hi all,

I want to append the inserted records from the DB to my QVD incrementally.

But dont want to update records which will be deleted.

The script runs daily in server..how to update this logic? as the script runs daily, the initial load gets refreshed and the deleted records too gets updated in the qvd.

Any suggestions with sample?

Have you gone through reference manual? Search 'Using QVD Files for Incremental Load' in the pdf. Possibly, the second case(Case 2: Insert Only) explained there would suit your need.

I got it..My bad. did a silly mistake while appending the updated records. I wanted to retain the old records as well.
