Group Expression Cycle Button Cannot Be Found On Server?

Hi everyone:

This is the first time I use the group expression function.

It works fine on my local machine. I can use the cycle button on the bottom left corner.

But when I access it on the dev server. The cycle button disappear.

I have try to turn on the web view on the local machine and I still can see the cycle button.

Did I do something wrong or this function is simply not available on server?
