Hi,

Not sure how you are exporting to PPT.

If you are using macro to export to ppt on a button click, then you could do a selection in zone 1st and export. since you have only 3 zones you can make each zone selection and export it 3 times.

Hi,

I have a qlikview application showing some reports with selection as Zone 1 , 2 . When I select zone 1, data is filtered for the same in the report.

I have a ppt template. I want to copy these qlikview reports into 3 different ppt. namely for zone 1 and 2 . What would be a good and workable solution to this assuming around 30-40 reports for each zone.

My idea was to copy the reports into ppt. with some default zone selection. Then create another copy of it from this ppt for zone 2 by selecting zone 2 in the ppt. and saving it. The problem is that whenever I open the ppt of zone 2 it always shows data of zone 1 and the selection to zone 1.

Thanks in advance.

Lax
