Data persmissions

I created some dashboard on my Oracle database and i have some user that they can login and use this dashboard.

now i want to set some permission that when each user login in to the dashboard he/she just can see own data

for example when user "A" login to dashboard can just see this:

Country
France
Britain
Japan

and when user "B" login to the dashboard can see this:

Country
Germany
Mexico
USA

Hi Omid

The best way of doing it is through the creation of groups. Where in each user can be given the access to the group rather than each value in the field value. Then you will have a flexibility to change the groups on the go.
