Promting for Username and password

Hi All,

i have one app...which i moved to access point and i am implemented security for this app.

my requirement is when user is try to access the app "it should promt for username and password" but it is not happening.

how to resolve this?

Hi,

It could be due to your IE browser setting.

Did you try with some other browser.

Yes there is setting available.

have a look at the attached image.

Change for both Internet and local intranet

Hi,

Why do you have a requirement to do this? Can the users use the same username and password are do you have to different user names and passwords? How many people will be using the document?

You can use section access for this and use UserID and not NTName.
