      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can't. The best you can do is add both dimensions to the pivot table and enable the Indent option on the Style tab. Then on the Presentation tab choose Subtotals on Top and left align the dimension cell values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Dimension tab of your Pivot Table, use a Calculated Dimension and concatenate two dimension values together&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e.g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Capture.JPG.jpg" class="jive-image" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/61965_Capture.JPG.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also do this in the Load Script if you want you use more than once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
