How can calculate a TO and weighted average TO ?

Hi all

I create a sample data from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2014 with site at the beginning, site at the end, site who left and site recruitment.

I calculate a turnover for Year, Semester, Quarter, Monthly, Weekly.

My expression is TO_Weekly : number site left / ( number site at the beginning of week + number site at the end of week) /2

I have 5 turnovers : TO_annuel, TO_semstre, TO_trimestre , TO_mensuel, TO_hebdo.

How can I have one field turnover that can dynamically display the turnover by Year, semester, quarter, monthly and weekly ?

How can I have the same thing for the weighted average turnover to compare TO versus TO weighted average ?

I calculate a TO and TO weighed average but I don't know if it is right.
