ABout the sort issue

Hi All,

I created one doc and use pivot table to show the figures.

And I apply the Session access and the data reduce based on role on it.

And when I change the sort in the pivot table and save the doc, it works well.

But when I use publisher to reload the it on the server, the sort is changed back to the previous status.

Do you have any idea on it?

ARE YOU SURE JOBS WHATEVER SCHEDULED IN PUBLISHER ARE RUNNING FINE.

Yes, the data is refreshed, but only the sort is changed back to the original status.

Hi Isaac,

If you have opened the Qlikview app at the reload time of the publisher, then the document might not get saved this things will happen in such case.

Try to copy the app to local and make the changes and then paste back file to same location
