Go to your source Database&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Write query as per your logic in Qlikview and extract data into Excel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Perform calculations in Excel as per your calculations and requirements to suit to the end model in Qlikview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Extract your Qlikview data into Excel as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Do sheet to sheet comparison in Excel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Expression Caculation Testing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Take all your data into plain table charts &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Export them into excel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Write same expressions as in your Qlikview over there in Excel and cross verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. In Excel, You can create pivots as well with the formula columns you have written.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As of my knowledge there are no automated tools which you can use for testing a qvw file.so, manual testing is the only way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Coming to testing the charts(expressions):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tester must be able to do randomly check the values of the charts by posing queries on the database on which we have used to create the data model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for eg:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dimension : Region&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Measure: sales&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check by writing a query like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;select sum(sales)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from &amp;lt;table&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;group by Region.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check the following link &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-6658"&gt;QV Scalability Tools (QV10,QV11)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
