If else multiple statements in Qlik Sense

Hello -

I am trying to create multiple If else statements in Qlik sense as a dimension and it is not working. So here is the table I have:

rep	territory	region
joe	US	Americas
steve	CAN	Americas
rob	apac	apac
dave	emea	emea

i want to have a case statement that has:

if territory in (US, CAN) then US else Region.

When I add that statement IN doesn't work and if I list it out separately it works but the new dimension doesn't filter correctly. It seems to be filtering on region at the same time in Qlik Sense.

Can someone please help?

=aggr(if(Match(territory,'US','CAN'),'US', Region),territory)
