chart shows zero data on web but shows proper data on qlikview desktop?

Hi,

I have a chart in my qlikview file which shows proper bars when opened from qlikview file. However, the same chart shows 0.00 or 0.03 pr 0.01 when opened from web

The file has section access implemented but I believe that the section access should apply to both whether opened from qlikview client or from web. However, In my case, the charts shows fine from qlikview client but shows zero or almost zerod data when opened from web

Can anyone please help

I don't think that Section Access has anything to do with it...Did you try different browsers? Do your data disappear when opened in WebView?

Yes, I have tried webview and it shows fine.

It's only one chart thats giving the problem. rest of charts look OK

1)Check on different browser.

2)Check if plugins are installed or not.

3)if you have reloaded on server than check the relative path mentioned,it should be on the server too

1) Already did that..same on all browsers

2) We are using ajax..dont think plugins have anything to do with data

3) Not a path issue..its loading data from database

1)You can check does it changes sorting, as i can see different names on the axes?

2)Check the axes scale, that could have been changed

Eventually you could try to delete temporary files and try to rerun the task in QVMC.

Yes, the problem is with sorting. I have tried to sort it by expression (descending). It works in Qlikview client but for some reason, it does not work in web. I have tens of charts in my document and its only one chart where this sort by expression does not work in web. It works fine in Qlikview client though

Hi Syed,

Try this once.

Go to Sort-> y-Axis->Descending and Uncheck all others.

Press on Okay,

Save it and close.

Again open and check if its okay it will work fine else let me know will hav to think on other options
