      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a client who has Named User CALs. I recently turned on 'Enable Audit Logging' in QMC&amp;gt;System&amp;gt;Setup&amp;gt;Logging, but found out that all records in Audit_*.log shows 'anonymous' as user, while QMC &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; License &amp;gt; Client Access Licenses (CALs) &amp;gt; Assigned CALs shows valid user names, why the audit log does not show same user names as in QMC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have system monitor, and it shows anonymous sessions. I suspect this is related to how client's IT set their user account,&amp;nbsp; but I don't know what the problem is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
