Filtro Limite

Hola.. Quiero Saber si existe alguna manera de hacer que los datos de una tabla se filtren por una fecha limite. Esto es , suponiendo que tengo 2 listas q me sirven como litros una de ellas con años y otra con meses y yo al seleccionar un año y un mes, en la tabla pivotante me muestre los datos que hasta ese año y ese mes han habido.

Generalmente sucede que cuando selecciono un año y un mes filtrados dato que tengan ese año y ese mes pero en este caso deseo que sea hasta ese año y ese mes.

Alguien con experiencia par que me ayude a resolver ese desafió que tengo.
