Qlikview server reload engine is down?

Hi Experts,

We are facing reload engine is down in QMC,then we have restarted the services now every thing is working fine .

But i wanna know the reason why it was happened.I have gone through community threads,finally i understand it's because of server name (place qvp://localhost/ instead of qvp://server_name/) ,is this exact reason or is there any other reasons.

At what circumstances you get this issue?

I don't thing this (place qvp://localhost/ instead of qvp://server_name/) is issue if you lease locally.

Thanks for picking the thread, by morning we will check the jobs scheduling in QMC everything is working fine but at that time it shown some red banner on the top of QMC.Then i restarted the service that red banner was gone.

but i wanna know the reason why its happened.

Question here is why you got red banner?

What was the issue show?

may be looking into log files helps you.

Sometimes the communication between the services go off , That the reason why you see the errors. Restarting would fix the connection issues. You must be having your services running though.
