Create 2 Pivot tables to filter Data based on Values & Text

Hi,

I need to create 2 pivot tables;

1. Show Solely Values

2. Show Solely Text

How do I do this? Can someone please guide me on this?

2nd Question: I only manage to show the data when I input the expression as 'MaxString(QuestionData)'. If i just input '=QuestionData', nothing is shown.

Had attached a sample dashboard for reference.

it is under Monthly Performance tab:

1. Raw score button -> Show value only

2. Comments -> Show comments only

Hello,

You need to change the chart type to straight or pivot table.

You are trying to show a text value in a bar chart. So it does not work because QV does not know how to draw a bar using text values.

Hi Serhan,

Both are already in pivot table.

You have to go to Monthly Performance Tab -> click on the Raw Score button (will be highlighted in red) if selected. OR you can click on Comments button (will be highlighted in red) if selected.

I'm talking about Comments button as well. Raw Score seems fine.

It is a bar chart on the sample you sent.

Noted, i have removed the bar chart.

As for the comment, it is in pivot table.

I have to use MaxString to get both the values and text out. Only concern if this is the correct approach to go about.
