Hi Experts,

I am facing a veered issue:

"I have section access document which is scheduled to refresh the data every 1hr and I have given ADMIN Access for the service account which reloads the Qlikview file but some time the reload fails stating: Document open call failed. The document might require username and password.

But in the next reload it work fine!!! without any error "

Out of 24 refresh task in a day it fails 4-6 times, has any one faced similar kind of issue??

Hi Avinash,

How long does your reloading task ?

Do you have other reloads in the same period ? If yes, How many ?

Have test your application less the section access ?

Hi Francois,

1.The reload task takes 3-4 mins.

2.I have 2 reloads and 10 mins gap for each reloads

3.without section access it works fine

their where some issues in the Qlikview server itself and we resolved it withe the help of Qlik Tech
