Hi All,

I am new to QlikView and want your suggestion on the following.

I have an excel file which contains an SQL statement.

I want qlikview to dynamically pick up the excel file from a location and use the SQL query which the excel file contains as the LOAD statement/script of the dashboard that I am going to create using QlikView.

Please let me know if this can be achieved. Thanks in advance!!

Syntax: $( include=filename ) to use in load script

Test the attached application. It reads a text file (but you can change it to an Excel file) with sql commands and executes them.

New attempt to attach the file. You must go to the thread to see the attachments - they don't show up in the Inbox/Activities.
