Issue with list box search

Hello All.

I have several list boxes in an application that contain the Search and Maximize icons.

If the tab row is displayed, the user can maximize the list box, click on the search icon and the search bar appears.

If the tab row is hidden and the user maximizes the list box and clicks the search icon, the search bar does not appear.

The application is running in AJAX. QV12 SR7

I have attached a sample app with one list box that I used for testing.

Is this expected behavior?
