QlikSense Installation Error

Hi Experts,

When i download Qliksense Setup and going install then in first it install Microsoft .NET framework setup but in middile it stop and give attahed error please why it show this error and not setup not installed.

Possibly windows update was in progress while you were trying to install it. Let the update be complete, restart the system and re-install.

Thanks but windows update is off and i restarted the system many times and try the same. after error it provide log file also can i provide that.

I somewhere found:

This problem may occur if the temporary folder of Windows Update has been corrupted.
We can refer to the following steps to rename this folder:
1. Open a command prompt and type: net stop wuauserv
2. Click Start, click Run, type: %windir% and press Enter.
3. In the opened folder, rename the SoftwareDistribution folder to SDold.
4. Open a command prompt and type: net stop wuauserv
Try to install .NET Framework again.

Try it.

I am not able to rename it the message i got the file is open in another programe.
