Serach using multiple Input boxes

User wants search option to work on multiple fields separately and see what he entered after search worked.So, I used input boxes with a button with select in field but I am unable to search different fields at a time using input boxes.It only works when last select in field value is given!!

I would not like to search multiple values in single field; search corresponding variables in multiple fields at a time.

for example:

if I give first name: rose it should list all with first name with rose.

If I give first name: rose, last name: Matthew ; should list rose Matthew's

above search is working only if I specify select in field trigger with first name variable in last action of button in Que.

If I clear all and specify only Last name, search is not working
