SPLY accumulative

I have the expression below which is showing the Same Period Last Year max month but I want it to show an accumulated figure for Same Period Last year so that it shows <= max mths total

example

Jan 2014 = 92.5

Feb 2014 = 91.8

So SPLY for Feb in 2015 should show 92.1%

any help appreciated
