Hi,

I got qvd's files from cleints and a dashboard HRT.qvw file. Dashboard scripts contails only .qvd's. I asked my client where are the qvw files and he said he don't have it.

HRT dashboard contains all of those qvd's. I believe if I refresh the dashboard, I will not get updated data in the Dashboard.

If I don't have qvw files how will I get the updated data.

If I reload will I get the updated data??

Can you guide me.

And our source is coming from Salesforce.

Hi have you checked for hidden scripts in the HRT dashboard app? If there is no script then the QVDs are being generated by another qvw as you suspect. If you have all the QVDs the app will reload but there will be no change to the data as the QVDs rreloads are handled by another qvw.

If you reload, you will only get the data that is currently in those qvd files.

The only way you can get the updated data is if the original qvw reloads from the database and updates the qvd's.

Why not go directly to the DB yourself??
