Directly access Application after Login.

Hi,

I want to direct access my application after loging into Access Point without having to chose it.

I go to the following address to log in to Access Point.

localhost/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

After clicking on Submit

I reach here (shown below)

Now I have to chose Example.qvw.

But I want that I am directly directed to Example.qvw after giving my login details.

Is it possible?

How can I achieve this?

If you open the file manually from the portal, and then copy the URL from the browser address bar, you can use this address in a shortcut to go directly to the document without going through the portal page. If your server is set up for security, it will automatically reroute your request to the login page and then open the document once you are logged in.

Note that the URL to open the document in Ajax is a little different to the URL to open it in IE plugin.

Hi Jonathan,

This did not work. It still takes me to the access point window where I have to chose the qvw manually.

And what is the difference between the two URL's can you please elaborate?
