Problem in Sharing of objects

Hello all,

An user shared few of his objects with me in access point.

when I opened my screen, I was able to view the shared objects initially.

After couple of hours I found those objects missing.

I am facing this issue for the third time.

Have you ever come across such issue?

If yes, could you please tell me the reason for this?

May be the creator/Owner of that object have removed access or delete objects?

No, owner has not done both (deleted/removed access)

Maybe your administrator is cleaning up shared files and the objects get deleted

Qlik Support has confirmed this to be a bug.

Bug 69113 (Share for individual user not showing up) that will be fixed in 11.20 SR10.

I know it has been resolved, but not sure whether it made it to SR11 or only at the later SR12.

In the release notes the bud was fixed in SR10.

Perhaps it's not the same error, but in your case I would test to see if the bug was fixed in newer versions, e.g. SR13 og 12 SR1

Hello,

We have lots of users using this application and this object is shared with many users (cannot tell how many precisaly) but only one users has problems seeing this object right.

But if the user that created the object has QlikView open (it does not need to be in the same application - we have many), the object is OK.

With more detail:

The object is a container with 5 objects. Every other user can see the 5 objects inside this object but one user can only see 4. But if the user that shared this object has QlikView open, the 5 objects are shown.

Maybe it is better to open a new discussion in the community. Will wait for your reply although.

It does sound to the same issue. However, as described the bug was noted fixed in the release notes to SR10, so my suggestion is to take it up with the support team.
