Set analysis comparing Col A to Col B of different table

I have a table with three columns: Product, Client Name, and TierVal ... 0<=tierVal<=1

I have a separate table below:

Tier_Product:

LOAD * INLINE

[TIER_Product,Min_Product,Max_Product

Q1,0,0.25

Q2,0.25,0.5

Q3,0.5,0.75

Q4,0.75,1];

I want to create a bar chart counting the number of clients in each tier for a given product.

=count({$<Product={'Product A'},Tierval={">=Min_Product < Max_Product"}>} distinct Client)

I get 'no data to display'. Any idea how to do this?

Use interval match function at script level to solve the issue.
