topic c# data extract for a newbie? in QlikView https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView/c-data-extract-for-a-newbie/m-p/775780#M275045 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hi, I was running a batch import of data which has just been moved into QlikView. </P><P>I now need to change my import program to source its data from QlikView (I can't go to the underlying DB as QlikView has some some custom fields etc).</P><P></P><P>What is the best (low touch) way to pull data out of QlikView into a csv etc.</P><P>I've created a Button with an Export Action and that works fine, but how can call/execute that same functionality via the API?</P><P></P><P>Is is best to use a websevice call (and if so, are there any examples), or embed the OCX in a winforms app and pull that way.</P><P></P><P>Any ideas would be great.
