missing data when opening a qvw

hello all,

i have a problem with data missing from the schema when i (or a user) first opens the file.

reloading the data fixes the problem but the users cant reload...

when i remove the check from the "initial reduction based on section access" option on the "opening" tab it seems to fix the problem. however I have to use the "data reduction based on section access" as i need to hide part of the data from some users.

the problem is that some of the data that is suppose to be available is also missing until i reload the data.

any ides on how to fix this problem?

Hi jonathan, I would do a test document, setting "section access" on "section application" and checking what happens when i select the user who is missing data.

If the data expected to be available is greyed when you select the user, then this data is not related for that user and something needs to be fixed in script.
