Hi,

In my straight table good records shows 5, when i click that 5 i want the 5 records to be in excel.

Hi,

Right click on the table & go for Send to Excel

or else In caption Check on Send to Excel.

actually the straight table shows the good record count of 5, if i click that 5, i need the exact 5 records in excel file of exporting.

hi Manoranjan,

you want only 5 records?? what do you mean by good records ?? is it a filter ?? if so add that as a filter and click on good and then you will get once those records which belongs to good .

example there is data of 100 records in excel, i uploaded in load script and i used some condition for good record and bad record in straight table.

now my straight table shows good record count as 5 and bad record count is 95.

if i click that 5 in the straight table, i need the the data of 5 records from the data.

as per my under standing you have a expression and its result is 5 based on the value if this expression you want those 5 records to be exported to excel Is this rite??

Based on expression value we cannot filter out, for making a selection it should be a dimension ?

try like this using that expression try to build a filter box so in that list box all the expression values will come and now if you select that value it should work.
