What is EPIC?

Hello Friends,

Happy Christmas to you all and your family.

Well i have been working with Qlikview from past couple of years.

Can some one please explain what is EPIC role in Qlikview.

How can one connect to EPIC datawarehouse?

Do we need to have some API to connect it?

Please explain all the details configuration and all we need.

What is the nature of your interest? It appears that you want to leverage EPIC's market dominance in Healthcare to develop a Qlik solution over their data, and develop a channel of new business for yourself. If you are a registered Qlik Solution Provider (not apparent from your details in our CRM) then your Partner Sales Manager may be able to assist with introductions.

Why not ask EPIC themselves for assistance? There is a link to them at http://www.qlik.com/us/partners/technology-partners Their APIs are documented at open.epic and interfaces mentioned at eg open.epic :: Explore By Interface Type

If you've browsed http://market.qlik.com/ you'll see that RevTeam have already developed Qlik content for EPIC so you may want to partner with them.
