Document Properties - Number Settings

Hi folks,

I am irritated with number settings in my application.

I define several datafields to belong to a specific field.

From time to time (no regularity) all my settings are cleared to

"mixed" again. Survive Reload is set (and I tried this over and over,

and the format still was set after reload).

When does this occur? Even defining the number format during

extract doesnot help.

I am frustrated doing the same job over and over (at least control

the settings with each version). And once forgotten the customer

complains.

Any idea how to avoid this.

Beside a possible bug in your version it could be that the qvw is somehow corrupted. Then from a logical point of view such change in the number settings could only occur if there are at some point non-numeric values within these fields - maybe also in occasion of loading the qvw without data.

Maybe you could check and set these properties as workaround with a macro:
