Can we use If condition in where clause?

Not sure that I understand. A WHERE clause is already a type of if:

LOAD ....

FROM .....xlsx (ooxml, ...)

Where Len(Code) > 0;

may be he wants to select the condition of where depending on a if result . its useful if we use a parameter file (with variables)
