Step Require to put the data in HTML table format instead of plain Text in Email Text Body

I am struck off here.

FI.

I had done mailing configuration. On particular condition it will send the email to the realted end user. Which is working fine.

But problem I am facing of formatting the EMail Text Body.

At Present the Email text body is in the followig fashion

No. Of Employee :- 10

Total Amt Of Pay : 10000000

But I want to display in Table Format i.e in HTML Table Format instead of Plain Text(where we use "|" for seperation).

Which is as follows:-

No. Of Employee

Total Amt Of Pay

10000000

So, Any body can please give the step, idea to achiev the result in the above table format it will be great help to me.
