Hi Rudolf,

you should definitely look at NPGeoMap, the customers data stays within the company and no external tileserver is needed.

However GoogleMaps, Bing, OpenStreetMap can be used optionally

and more then 400 maps for nearly all countries in the world are included (country, county, districts, geocoded ZIP-codes,...).

Using the Intelligent zoom- and drilldown functionality, different maps are shown depending on QlikView selections or variables.

Greetings Christian

My customer want to Display a map in their application to see where

cusotmers are located. Security reasons prohibit the use of online

maps (mean that with each click a new map will be requested e.g. from

Google maps).

What are the possibilities for use of Offline maps within QV? Are there ready Solutions?

The least Option the customer would accept is to Show a map and display

the customers on a high Level on a static map (e.g. jpeg) without drill into Details.

It would be nicer to allow drill in the map with adjusting the customers.

We use QV 11 SR7 with IE Plugin (but Ajax might be considered if Offline map

would be possible).

I did a lot of Research, but didnot find the perfect solution right now.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Regards
