Not redirecting to authentication server

Hi Community,

I have an issue that when I mail a dashboard link to the user like say:

When pasted on firefox browser, it shows the loading sign and never loads. On internet explorer or Chrome it shows an undefined error.

The expectation here is that the SSO page should be shown and the user should then login and land on the dashboard.

However say the user is already single signed on and logged in and pastes the URL when the session is alive then the dashboard opens like normal.

Note that the loading issue occurs only when the use does not have an alive open session. The single sign on page does not open.

Is there a configuration that can be changed to sort this?
