Hello, find attached. how do i restrict current selection control to one sheet?

having field that has always one selected value.

How do i achieve this i created several states yet the control still pick the defaulted selected listbox.

Hi,

create an alternate state

let one sheet use this alternate state

objects on this sheet per default inherit this alternate state (could also be set explicitly)

Hi Emac,

please find the solution for the attachment.

While creating alternate state you have selected the value i guess that's it was populating. Check the attachment and let me know if its solves your issue.

Using Alternate State.

Main Sheet : Grp1 for both the list box and current selection.

Menu 2 Sheet : Grp2 for both the list box and current selection.

Hi Emac,

You mistake is, First you have created single select value and you have saved it I guess, then later you have applied Alternate state on it that's why its taking it as default state in our case we applied alternate state first then selected the single select value.
