Loading documents on Access Point is getting longer

Hi,

We lately started experiencing that loading a list of documents on Access Point (not opening up documents) is getting slower. We normally hit the Access Point on our IIS server which is sitting behind firewall. For testing, I tried to create a web server on a Qlikview server and then hit the Access Point directly on the server instead. This time a list of documents on Access Point showed up instantly. Does anyone know where the issue is and how to resolve this?

I was able to resolve this issue by opening up the following two ports on the publisher where the directory service connector's set up.
