topic current selection issue in QlikView

current selection issue

I am facing one issue in the current selection like. 10 or 60 is displaying , Consider the following scenario

I am displaying the year and month like 2011- jan, 2011-Feb up to 2015- Nov ,2015-December in the list box.

when I am selecting from 2011-jan to 2011-dec , in the current selection I am getting 12 of 50 in the year-month field.

I want to display in the current selection like what I selected 2011-jan,2011-feb,2011-Mar.... 2011-Dec... what should I need to do in the current selection.

Kindly advice me.

in settings -> user preferences -> general tab there is a box "Max values in current selections" the value should be 6, set it to 20

this particular output is not reflecting in the text box , instead of that it is reflected as 16of 24 got selected. I am using GetCurrentSelections(ShortDateLabel)
