Server does not send mail when reload failes

Hi community,

I have setup my email id and my another developer colleague email id on QEMC in below path

QEMC >> SYSTEM >> SETUP >> MANAGEMENT SERVICE >> QLIKVIEW SERVER >> ALERTS

but my colleague got reload faile mail but i didn't got.

why this happend? how to resolve this problem?

Find attached word document i have past sanpshort of my QEMC setting.

Hi Ishwar,

have you also configured your email server (just below on the same tab where you took the screenshot)?

If so, I cannot think of a reason why this should not work.

I do not know that much leval knowledge of server.

Can you suggest me how to configured email server?

Hi,

you should get that information from your local IT or Server_administrators. I cannot suggest how to do it, it is specific to your email_server.
