Send mail to users through macro

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Macro.I have to give some kind of facilities to the users.

The business needs data everyday around 11 AM and 10 PM.They want to get one mail from QV side which contains the below.

A) 1 pivot table in the excel format for some users and some users in image format.

B)1 straight table for all users with excel format

I hope your understanding my requirement.The sharing of start up material for macro learning is very helpful.

Macro Trigger on Open and Document open with windows scedule or QV-Script/SupportingTask calls QV.exe with parameter.

To handle the QV-Macro functions you find good help in the API-Guide. QV11 SDK site here on the community page. Create Email with VBScript you can find with google. Not so easy is to export more Objects in one Excel file, but if you create one file per object and put all files in the mail it is not that complex.

Have you take a look on NPrinting? This can do all this exports and email management with a lot more functions. Server with Client cost between 5 and 10k.

Thanks Jonas for your reply...I have installed the trail version of Nprinting both client and server.

I can able to send some test mails also.But unable to fill the requirement after gone through the some videos of 'vizubi' site.

The presales team of NP will provide only sales demo or technical features of Np Also?

Is that cost is sure around 10000?Am from India.

Hi, i am not sure if the price is a public information, that why i didnt write the exact price. As a partner we can see a price list. In the India marked the listed price for a Server + Client + one year support fee is $ >6k and <9k. I dont know if you can buy it directly, partner who sell nprinting you find on the nprinting page.
