Pivot Calculations

I've got a simple pivot with SKU and Fiscal Year as dimensions and Sales Pounds as an expression. The Fiscal Year is pivoted across the top. I need to add an expression that will show the year to year differences. It needs to be dynamic since the user can choose to show two, three or four fiscal years and they could select years that are not in sequence such as 2012 & 2014. The earliest year, of whatever years they selected, will show a difference of zero since there is no earlier year to compare against. What is the best way to create such an expression?

Thanks, but I'm going with a simpler option.
